When Eugene Pavlov and Yaroslav Khaynas came to Canada from Ukraine in November 2022, they didn鈥檛 know that they would later open a new coffee shop at Okanagan College鈥檚 Kelowna campus. Okanagan College (OC) is pleased to announce Dale Safinuk as the new chair of the Board of Governors, following an election at the Board鈥檚 December meeting.
