Transcript Requests - Okanagan College (Â黨´«Ã½Students)
Please note that official transcripts can be sent in several ways.
1. Transcripts can be delivered electronically through , which is the preferred and recommended option, as agencies, government offices, employers, schools, and students can receive transcripts almost instantly. Please note that if the MyCreds delivery option is selected, additional charges will apply through the MyCreds platform.
2. Paper transcripts are mailed via Canada Post.
3. Electronic transcripts can be sent directly to participating institutions including:

Steps to Order a Transcript
Order through myOkanagan.
Click . If you are unable to log in, contact for assistance. Follow the instructions to submit your request. Credit card payment is required to complete the order.
If you have special instructions, email them immediately to registration@okanagan.bc.ca with ‘Special Instructions’ in the subject line. Include your name and Okanagan ID number. Transcripts cannot be ordered through email.
Your transcript will normally be mailed out or available for pick-up within two business days.

They will all get notified that there has been an update to the transcript you have sent, and they can then view it.

Can my official transcript be emailed?
Official transcripts cannot be emailed directly. However, you can share your official transcript electronically through the MyCreds platform. Once your transcript has been uploaded to , you can securely send it by email directly from the platform.
How can I access an unofficial copy of my transcript?
You can view, download, or print an unofficial transcript through by navigating to:
Self-Service → Students → View/Print Unofficial Transcript.
How can alumni request a copy of their transcript?
Alumni may request an official transcript using any of the available transcript request options. If you need to activate or renew your login credentials, please contact for support.
